As we approach the end of 2019, we thought we’d showcase some of our top projects we’ve produced at Abbey & Lyndon Builders Redditch in 2019. There will be 2 categories; Residential & Commercial in the Abbey & Lyndon’s Project of the Year and 3 nominations for each category.
Residential Categories:
Kitchen Extension & Re-Fit – Callow Hill, Redditch
This project consisted of an extension to the rear of the building with bi-fold doors and a roof lantern. The renovation also included a new kitchen, utility room, brick slips on internal walls and complete re-decoration.

Full House Renovation – Cofton, Birmingham
This project was a full full renovation of the property in Birmingham that included a bespoke fitted kitchen, new windows, external doors and bespoke garden terrace area.

Rural Extension – Sambourne, Redditch
This project was a rear extension to a barn conversion encompassing an extra sitting room and a dining room from the off the newly installed kitchen.

Construction of Gatehouse – Wellsbourne, Warwickshire
We constructed a new steel frame building that has become a gatehouse for Aston Martin. Works included new flooring, electrics, decorating and a creation of a counter top.

New Disabled Ramp – Weoley, Birmingham
Completed for Bournville Village Trust, a new disabled access ramp to the village hall. The build included bar faced slabs on the ramp areas, colour contrasting slabs and top of the steps for the visually impaired.

New Build Stable Tack Room- Hanbury, Worcestershire
We constructed a new stable tack room and carriage shed, with a stable yard fully landscaped along with bespoke equestrian stable doors.
