Description

We have completed a full basement conversion for Worcestershire Council, creating a functional office space for the staff at Rivendell Children’s Home. The project included a full strip-out, installation of a Bauder liquid system to the balcony above, sandblasting and repainting of the metal handrail, fitting of a new UPVC window and door, and tanking with Permagard Tanking slurry.

Our team also carried out electrical works with LED lighting, plastering, flooring, and finished the space with full decoration. Every element was carefully managed to ensure a safe, practical, and high-quality space.
