From residential extensions to full new builds, we have the knowledge, experience and dedicated team of professionals to complete any building project.
Working with the local authority, residential, commercial clients carrying out construction services, property maintenance and installation work throughout the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

Our team of 30 operatives, along with experienced bona-fide subcontractors are all skilled in a number of different trades to suit the client’s needs.

Adrian’s Son in Law David Auld joins the business.

David Auld becomes a Director in the business

Damon Auld, Son of David Auld joins the business

Moved into new premises at Abbey House, Hamilton Road, Headless Cross, Redditch
2009
Celebrating 40 years in business
2014
Adrian sells his share in the company to Son in Law David Auld.

Moved into new premises at Shawbank House, Lakeside, Redditch
2016
Business went through a rebrand.
2019
Celebrating 50 years in business with Adrian Pratt, David Auld & Damon Auld.

We were runners up in 2019 and Finalists in 2020 for the National Building Awards.
